EBOX is a brand and trademark owned and operated by Stomp Distribution LTD in the United Kingdom.

Warranty Coverage:

Stomp Distribution Ltd extends the following parts-only warranty, commencing from the original retail purchase date. Given that the bike/quad is delivered in a crate, it is imperative to have the bike/quad PDI’d by a qualified motorcycle mechanic. Failure to adhere to this prerequisite will result in the nullification of the warranty associated with the bike. To initiate the warranty claim, a copy of the bike's Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) must be provided.

For eligibility under the warranty, it is mandatory to register the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) of the bikes with Stomp Distribution. Registration can be completed through the following form found here. Additionally, you can access the Stomp EBOX user manual, inclusive of a PDI guide, here.


Stomp Distribution extends the following warranty coverage for electric Dirt bike and Quad components:

1 - Battery:

Coverage: 6 months from the date of purchase.

Stomp Distribution guarantees the battery, encompassing any defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of battery failure within the stipulated warranty period, a replacement will be provided (All depleted batteries should be returned to Stomp Distribution for recycling). Diagnosis of a fault must be conducted by an authorized EBOX dealer.

Batteries will not be eligible for coverage if brake kill switches are removed or if the instructions outlined in the EBOX user manual are not adhered to.

Specifically, during periods of vehicle inactivity, it is essential to recharge the battery at least once a month until regular use is reinstated. Failure to turn off the power switch or neglecting to charge the product for an extended duration may result in the battery reaching a state where it is unable to retain a charge.


2 - Motor, Controller, and Other Components:

Coverage: 6 months from the date of purchase.

Stomp Distribution provides a warranty for the motor, controller, and all other electric bike components, excluding wear and tear parts. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a failure of any of these components within the specified trade warranty period, replacement parts will be sent to be fitted by a qualified mechanic.


Warranty invalid if EBOX modified or upgraded in any way. This includes but not exclusive to:

  • Disconnecting brake switches
  • Bypassing BMS
  • Battery voltage changes or battery changes
  • Motor/controller changes
  • Other electrical modifications
  • Mechanical hardware changes suspension etc.

Exclusions: This trade warranty does not cover the following wear and tear parts unless there is a factory defect:

  • Tyres
  • Brake pads
  • Brake discs
  • Chain
  • Sprocket
  • Plastics
  • Wheels
  • Bearings
  • Suspension
  • Grips
  • Seat

Damage caused by water exposure, including but not limited to submersion, immersion, or exposure to excessive moisture, is explicitly excluded from warranty coverage. This includes damage resulting from riding in heavy rain, submergence in bodies of water, or exposure to water during cleaning or maintenance.


Warranty Claims Process

To begin a warranty claim, please complete our warranty inquiry form available here. Ensure all required fields are filled out accurately and completely, as incomplete submissions may result in denial of the claim.

You must provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date, and include a detailed description of the reported defect. Once the claim is verified, the company will, at its discretion, replace the defective parts.

Returns

We accept returns for up to 14 days should you decide you do not want your item & it must be returned unopened, fitted or used in any original packaging. We must be informed of damaged items immediately. If there is damage to any returned parts in transit or if the value of item has been reduced as a result of over handling (for example more than you would in a shop) you may be liable for a deduction in the refund to cover our costs. Stomp Distribution Ltd pre orders

Stomp Distribution Ltd affiliated products can sometimes be available to PRE-ORDER prior to new shipments landing.

Pre-order opportunities will be made available once we “Stomp Distribution Ltd” are ensured the products are on route from the manufacturing factory to the designated warehouse.

Pre-order “in stock” dates (e.g. Pre order for late May) are advised to the best of the companies’ ability with information at hand.

Stomp Distribution Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays to the arrival date that are outside of their control (e.g. shipping delays, customs, couriers etc). But will keep all pre order customers updated with any changes.

Stomp Distribution Ltd will strive to fulfil all outstanding pre-orders as a matter of priority when products are readily available.

In some pre order cases, Stomp Distribution Ltd products will require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit (e.g. $25) which will be deducted from the final amount of the order. This deposit will secure your chosen product, and Stomp Distribution Ltd will prompt, by email or phone call, when full payment will need to be made.

Due to the popularity of products - If the customer fails to make payment on the remaining full amount within 7 days once prompted, the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be forfeited and Stomp Distribution Ltd reserve the right to close the order.

Right to refund

We strive to ensure that all pricing and product information is accurate across our platforms. However, in the event of any stock or pricing errors, marketing inaccuracies, or incorrect advertisements made by third parties, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders affected by such errors. We are not liable for any third-party advertisements or listings that display incorrect pricing or product information.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that any discrepancies or mistakes in pricing or stock availability may result in the cancellation of your order and a full refund.

EBOX 3

The EBOX 3 Electric Pit Bike is sold as a kit and requires additional third-party parts to complete the bike. All third-party parts, including but not limited to batteries, controllers, and chargers, must be purchased separately and installed at the user's own risk and expense. We are not responsible for the quality, performance, or safety of third-party parts, nor for any issues, damages, or malfunctions caused by their installation or use. Users should ensure that all components meet the necessary safety and compatibility standards.

By purchasing and using this kit, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any risks involved with third-party parts and their installation.
